The French Junior Open is undergoing a revolution: the tournament is moving from winter to autumn. See you from 22 to 25 October 2026 in Lille.
For several years, the French Junior Open took place in February. This year marks a turning point: the tournament is moving to October.
The reason?
This change allows it to fit better into the season and offers young players a schedule that is more consistent with other competitions.
It is a more consistent date, as all regions in France are on holiday at the same time.
As every year, we are expecting between 250 and 300 participants from around 30 countries. The spirit of the tournament remains the same, only the date has changed!
For families and accompanying adults, October also offers a few advantages: better weather conditions.
Registration will open in the coming months.
